- Are your
lamps made from real stained glass?
- All our lamps are made from stained glass.
Each piece of glass is hand cut, wrapped with copper foil, then soldered
together. Our lamps are made by the same manufacturers that supply the top
dollar brands that are currently on the market.
Do you have more then one?
We buy all our lamps in bulk, so it is a rare occasion that we only have one
lamp. You can view our store to see if we have more then one.
- Returns & Replacements
- We make it simple to return an item to Vivid
Lighting. We accept returns on all the items in our store as long as it is
shipped back to us within 7 days from receipt. Include all original packing
materials, manuals and accessories. Include a copy of the original invoice for
the order, and indicate your reason for the return. Return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer.

Do you combine
shipping if we order more than one item?
- No. Due to the size of our lamp packaging,
there is no savings if we combined two lamps into one package.
UPS/FedEx/DHL charge dimensional weight on any package that is over 3 cubic
feet. The way in which they charge this dimensional weight is normally
more expensive than shipping the packages separately.
